JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the documents on record.

(2.) The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that though the retiral benefits to the petitioner have been paid, the claim of the petitioner for payment of interest on the delayed payment of retiral dues has been rejected by order dated 10.10.2012.

(3.) The learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State of Jharkhand has disputed the claim raised by the petitioner.
