JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD counsel for the parties.

(2.) THE petitioner, who is said to be son of late Lalwa Oraon, a Mali in Netarhat Residential School, Latehar, who died on 29.09.2012 in harness, has sought compassionate appointment in his place. According to the petitioner, he had made representation through Annexure -2 Series dated 12.02.2013, thereafter he has moved this Court.

(3.) LEARNED counsel has appeared on behalf of respondent -Netarhat Vidyalaya and stated on the basis of instruction contained in the counter affidavit that the Executive Committee of this Samiti in its meeting dated 31.12.2013 has resolved to constitute a compassionate appointment committee to screen and take decision with regard to the pending matters for appointment of candidates on compassionate grounds as per the guidelines and bye -laws of the school. Subsequently, the Principal has been authorized to constitute such a Committee as per the meeting held on 01.03.2014 and finalize the matters relating to compassionate appointment at the earliest preferably before the next meeting of Executive Committee.
