JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner is said to have retired on 31.07.2003 from the post of Jan Sewak in the district of Gumla while working in the district of Gumla.

(2.) ACCORDING to the petitioner, the following dues were outstanding which compel him to move this Court: -

(3.) AS per the petitioner, the same amount has not yet been received. If that be so, the respondent, District Provident Fund, Gumla shall ensure the release of the said amount to the petitioner on his appearance forthwith within a period of two weeks.
