JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD the parties.

(2.) FROM the statement made in the petition on behalf of the petitioner and the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the opposite parties the following undisputed facts emerge.

(3.) IT appears that the charges were framed against the accused persons on 27.04.1995 and the case of the prosecution was closed on 28.07.2000 and then the statements of the accused persons under Sec.313 of the Cr PC were recorded on 19.08.2000.
