JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD the parties.

(2.) ADMITTEDLY , Emanuel Marandi a junior to the petitioner who was given promotion from Class IV to Class III post, was subsequently withdrawn and he was reverted back to Class IV post, on the representation of the petitioner and, therefore, the ground of discrimination raised by the petitioner in this writ application is not valid.

(3.) ACCORDINGLY , this application is dismissed having no merit.
