JUDGEMENT

(1.) LEARNED counsel for the petitioner is permitted to add General Manager, Electrical Supply, Nayabazar, Dhanbad as party -responmdent No. 6.

(2.) HEARD , Petitioner prays for a direction for payment of his retiral benefits such as Group Saving Scheme, Gratuity for 16 months, General Provident Fund, Arrears on revision in pay scale from 1997 to 1999 and pension etc. It is submitted that petitioner retired on 31.12.2003 as Bench Clerk, Electricity Supply. Nayabazar, Dhanbad. It is further submitted that in -spite of representation, retiral benefit has not been provided to the petitioner.

(3.) IN - the circumstances, petitioner should make fresh representation before the General Manager, Electricity Supply, Nayabazar, Dhanbad, respondent No. 6, who will look into the matter and do the needful.
