JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD the parties and considered the antecedent report.

(2.) THIS application arises out of Lalpur P.S. Case No. 79/03 dated 29.6.03. The police in the antecedent report has reported different cases filed on 19.6.03, 30.6.03, 1.7.03 and 7.7:03. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this is the antecedent report prepared by the police. Antecedent always means what was the conduct of the person prior to the case in which he was involved. Hero the things include subsequent reports of the accused. It may be interpreted in favour of or against the petitioner.
