(1.) Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is allowed to replace the respondent no. 2 as District Supply Officer, Garhwa.

(3.) The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction upon the concerned respondents-respondent no. 3 to forthwith restore the original strength of card holders attached to the petitioner's PDS shop, having licence no. 39 of 1994
