JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the parties.

(2.) Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barhi P.S. Case No.534/2021, for the offences registered under Ss. 420/467/468/120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sec. 30(ii) of the Coal Mines Act, pending in the court of Miss Mariam Hembrom, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1 st Class, Hazaribag.

(3.) Petitioner is the owner of the truck bearing registration No.JH02W-2168, which was seized by the informant loaded with 25 tones of coal. On seeing the informant party the driver fled away. On search document of another truck bearing registration No.JH10CA-9176 was found in the cabin of the seized truck.
