(1.) Petitioner above-named who is in custody since 19/1/2023 has moved this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Deoghar Cyber Crime P.S. Case No.04 of 2023 registered under Ss. 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B, 201 of the Indian Penal Code and Ss. 66(B), 66(C), 66(D) and 84(C) of the I.T. Act. Heard the parties.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that four mobile phone and six sim cards were seized from the possession of the petitioner and apart from this, there is no material and he has been falsely implicated in the case on mere suspicion. The petitioner is suffering from diseases relating with Kidney. Learned SPP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer. It is submitted that the mobile phones and sim cards seized from the petitioner were used in Cyber Crime in which one Uma T. Maheshwari was defrauded of Rs.20,298.00, as such, there is enough material against the petitioner.
(3.) Considering the nature of allegation and gravity of offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail and accordingly, the same is rejected.
