(1.) Heard the parties.

(2.) The applicants, who are in custody since 16/3/2023, have approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Birsanagar P.S. Case No.29 of 2023 registered for the offence under Ss. 376/511 and 34 IPC, pending in the court of J.M.,1st Class, Jamshedpur.

(3.) The applicants are accused of committing rape.
