JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. Petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act in connection with S. T. No. 158 of 2013 arising out of Bundu P.S. Case No. 116 of 2012 corresponding to G.R. No. 5745 of 2012.

(2.) The case relates to the murder of the brother of the informant and the petitioner and the other co-accused persons have been named in the F.I.R. on the basis of suspicion as they were working with the deceased.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and there is no eye witness to the occurrence of murder.
