JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner has approached this Court seeking quashing of order dated 01.10.2012.

(2.) THE petitioner was appointed as Block Development Officer in the year 2000 and he was put under suspension on 27.12.2006. The petitioner approached this Court in W.P.(S) No. 4229 of 2007 against the order of suspension dated 27.12.2006 and the writ petition was allowed by order dated 12.12.2007. The suspension of the petitioner was revoked and the petitioner was permitted to join service on 03.04.2008. By order dated 11.04.2008, a departmental proceeding was initiated against the petitioner and the petitioner submitted his reply on 19.06.2008. An inquiry was conducted into the matter and the impugned order dated 27.09.2012 was passed without supplying a copy of the inquiry report and issuing second showcause to the petitioner.
