JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) THE petitioner's representation has been rejected vide order as contained in Letter No.1502 dated 6th December,2005 passed by the Director, Directorate of Tourism, Jharkhand, respondent no.3, refusing claim of the petitioner to grant second assured career progression benefits.

(3.) COUNSEL for the petitioner submits that after his retirement he has come before this Court in WPS No. 3590 of 2004, which was disposed of by order dated 4th August ,2004 directing the respondents to consider his claim within a period of six weeks by passing a reasoned order. According to the petitioner, on perusal of Annexure-1, it appears that although he has been shown to be promoted to the post of Receptionist from the post of Typist but the post of receptionist was not as Senior Typist and as such it was a fresh appointment.
