JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD counsel appearing for the petitioner and counsel appearing for the State. Petitioner is an accused in this case registered under Section 419/420/467/468/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

(2.) COUNSEL appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner is Pairvikar and he has arranged four bailors amongst which three bailors were found fake persons and papers produced also have been found forged and fabricated. It is also submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 29th January, 2013.
