JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE present application has been preferred under Section 389 of the Code of Criminal Procedure by the applicants namely, Lodhru Tudu, Gangwa @ Shiblal Tudu and Lodhwa Tudu who are appellant nos. 1, 4 and 3 in this criminal appeal, for their suspension of sentence. We have heard the counsel for both the sides and perused the Record and proceedings of Sessions Case No. 267 of 2002/168 of 2002.
