JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the C.B.I.

(2.) THE petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with the case registered under Sections 120B r/w 420, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 13(2) r/w 13(1)(d)of the P.C. Act, 1988.

(3.) HE has also pointed out that on the basis of that, this Court has rejected the prayer for anticipatory bail earlier in A.B.A. No. 183 of 2012 vide order dated 27.03.2012.
