JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) It reveals from the written report that the truck belonging to the petitioner was found carrying coal without paper. The driver and cleaner, who were arrested, failed to furnish any document either with regard to ownership of the vehicle or of the coal being transported.

(3.) It is submitted that driver and cleaner, who were arrested at the spot have been granted regular bail by the Court of learned Sessions Judge. The coal was transported on the truck on the basis of valid document which other accused have produced before the Court below.
