JUDGEMENT

(1.) IN pursuance of the order passed by this Court dated 26th November, 2013, and dt. 27th November, 2013, the Additional Advocate General of the State of Jharkhand has submitted the proposed actions to be taken as pilot project at Jonha Falls (Ranchi), Hundru Falls(Ranchi), Dasham Falls(Ranchi), Sita Falls(Ranchi), Panchghagh Falls(Khunti) and Hirni Falls(Chaibasa), which are in the near vicinity of the capital of the State of Jharkhand Ranchi. It is submitted by the Additional Advocate General of the State that by 26th January, 2014, they are going to provide the following fully functional and operational facilities at Jonha Falls, Hundru Falls, Dasham Falls, , Panchghagh Falls, Hirni Falls and Sita Falls :

IT is also submitted by the Additional Advocate General of the State that at certain places, there will be aforesaid facilities at the top as well as at the bottom level of the water falls, looking to the topography. It is also submitted by the counsel appearing for the State that step wise, in detail, the nature of work has been pointed out in writing and it will be completed by 26th January, 2014.

(3.) IN view of this limited submission, we, hereby, direct the State of Jharkhand to complete on or before 26th January, 2014, the following fully operational facilities at Jonha Falls, Hundru Falls, Dasham Falls, , Panchghagh, Hirni Falls and Sita Falls :
