JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.

(2.) This is an application for anticipatory bail flied by the petitioners in connection with PCR case No. 220 of 2012 for the offence registered under sections 323/504/420 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) It reveals from the complaint that the complainant has purchased a piece of land from Madusudhan Sharma and he has incurred expenses to develop the land. The accused persons forcibly removed the fencing and created another fencing and also constructed a hut on the land in question.
