(1.) Having heard learned counsel for both the sides and looking to the judgment of the trial Court, this appeal is ADMITTED.

(2.) Records and proceedings of Sessions Trial No. 01 of 2004 / S.T.R. No.02 of 2004 is called for from the trial Court (Addl. Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court-V, CHaibasa) so as to reach this Court to appreciate the argument for suspension of sentence on or before the next date of hearing.
