JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties. The petitioners are accused in a case registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 504 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 /4 of Prevention of Witch Craft Act.

(2.) THERE is allegation in the F.I.R. that the accused persons, named in the F.I.R., caused assault to the informant by means of lathi and they were raising allegation that the informant and his family are practicing witchcraft on them.

(3.) LEARNED counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that specific allegation of causing assault is against petitioner No. 1 Munna Yadav.
