(1.) IN this application, the petitioners have prayed for fixing an early date of hearing or for disposing of the writ petition in terms of the order dated 6.2.2013 of this Court passed in W.P.(S) No. 7548/2012. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this case is squarely covered by the order dated 6.2.2013 of this Court passed in W.P.(S) No. 7548/2012. In that view, this writ petition deserves early hearing or disposal in terms of the said order.
(2.) LEARNED counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that instead of fixing an early date of hearing in the matter, the same can be disposed of in terms of the order dated 6.2.2013 passed in W.P.(S) No. 7548/2012. Considering the said submissions, the writ petition itself is heard and is being disposed of separately. This application stands disposed of.
(3.) LEARNED counsel appearing on behalf of the JPSC submitted that the petitioners' claim is untenable. They were not party to the Full Bench and their case is not covered by the said judgment. He further submitted that no such representation was filed by the petitioners. I have heard learned counsel for the parties.
