JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD counsel appearing for the petitioner and counsel appearing for the State. Petitioner is an accused in this case registered under Section 307/324/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 3/4 of the Explosive Substances Act.

(2.) COUNSEL appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the F.I.R. is registered against unknown and the name of petitioner has come only on the confessional statement of the co -accused namely Rinku Yadav. It is further submitted that the other co -accused namely Ram Das Parmanik, who has been identified in T.I.P. as a person throwing bomb upon the informant, has already been granted bail by another Bench of this Court in B.A. No. 8015 of 2011 vide order dated 02.12.2011.
