JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties. The petitioners are accused in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 106 of 2013 corresponding to Special Case No. 03 of 2013, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Hazaribagh.

(2.) IT appears from the detailed F.I.R. that the petitioners were present at the place of occurrence in Khaki uniform and they have stopped the trucks and vehicles to extort money. They have been pretending themselves that they were assisting the officers in vehicle checking.

(3.) LEARNED counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer for bail.
