JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD the counsel for petitioner and counsel for the State. The petitioner is an accused in this case registered under Sections 143, 427, 435 of the I.P.C. and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa.

(2.) THE counsel for the petitioner submits that all the three Sections i.e. Sections 143, 427, 435 of the I.P.C. are bailable and the petitioner is in custody from 8.6.2012 i.e. more than 10 months.
