Decided On June 05, 2013
AJAY RAM Appellant
V/S
STATE OF JHARKHAND Respondents

JUDGEMENT

(1.) REGISTRY has pointed out the defect regarding the correct description of the First Information Report. It appears that First Information Report was registered as Meharma P.S. Case and it has been written in paragraph no. 1 of the bail application also.

(2.) LEARNED counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that due to some typographical mistake in place of "Meharma", in the impugned order dated 23.04.2013, "Meharam" has been written. In view of the document at page no. 10, this defect is ignored. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing for the State.

(3.) LEARNED counsel for the petitioners further submitted that the petitioners are in judicial custody since 16.03.2013 and charge-sheet has been submitted in the present case. It has been alleged that the petitioners themselves put their house on fire and when the other persons came they started throwing stones due to which one old lady Mostt. Sawari got injured. After completion of the investigation charge- sheet has been submitted under Sections 436, 337/34 of Indian Penal Code.
