JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner has approached this Court seeking the following reliefs:--

(2.) A counter-affidavit has been filed in which it has been admitted that the petitioner was granted promotion on 20.4.2011 and it has also been admitted by the respondents that the petitioner has cleared the departmental professional examination.

(3.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the documents on record.
