JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) It reveals from the written report that the dumpher belonging to the petitioner was found carrying lime stone without valid document.

(3.) It is submitted that the lime stone was being transported on the vehicle on the basis of valid transit permit and it was booked for Surya Cement Udyog, Sandi, Ramgarh. The challan was verified by the department concerned and it was found to be genuine.
