(1.) ANTICIPATORY bail application filed by Khurshid Alam alias Md. Khurshid Alam, is moved by Sri Shailendra Jit, learned counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Sri Anand Kumar Pandey, learned Additional P.P. for the State and Sri R.R. Ravidas, learned counsel for the opposite party No. 2. At the outset, Sri Shailendra Jit, submits that petitioner is ready to keep the opposite party No. 2 with all love and dignity and he is also ready to give written undertaking that he will not torture her in future.
(2.) SRI R.R. Ravidas submits that his client is also ready to reside with the petitioner provided that he will give an undertaking that he will not torture her in future.
(3.) COURT below is further directed to send the opposite party No. 2 with the petitioner after taking written undertaking from the petitioner that he will not torture opposite party No. 2 in future and he will keep her with all honour and dignity. It is made clear if even after giving undertaking petitioner torture opposite party No. 2, it is open for her to move in the Court below for cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
