(1.) HEARD learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no.2.

THE order dated 23.5.2012 passed in Adityapur P.S case no.244 of 2001 under which cognizance of the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code has been taken against the petitioners is being sought to be quashed on the ground that the petitioners have been denied right to speedy justice and that no case is made out, even if the allegations made against the petitioners are taken to be true.
