JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) It reveals that petitioners have been prosecuted for causing torture and treating the complainant with cruelty for want of more dowry.

(3.) It is submitted that the petitioners are motherinlaw and brotherinlaw (Bhainsur) and they have been implicated with general and omnibus allegation of demand of dowry and torture.
