(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with the case registered under Sections 420, 406, 384, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

LEARNED counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as per the allegation, it is evident that the complainant had bought a commercial vehicle TATA ACE -EX from the accused No. 1 and the same was financed by accused No. 2; that the petitioner has been made an accused as he happens to be the employee of the accused No. 1. It is further submitted that on similar allegation co -accused Nos. 1 and 2 have been granted bail in A.B.A. No. 2847 of 2013 along with A.B.A. No. 2866 of 2013 by this Hon'ble Court and the case of the present petitioner stands on similar footing.
