JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the Prosecution.

(2.) The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Barhi P.S. Case No. 297 of 2012 corresponding to G.R. No. 4619 of 2012, S.T No.168 of 2013 for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) The case relates to murder of the brother of the informant who was found dead in his house on his bed. The petitioner No.1, Shama Praveen @ Samma Praveen is the wife of the deceased and the petitioner No.2, Shabana Praveen @ Sahin Praveen @ Shahin Praveen @ Sabana Praveen is the sister-in-law of the deceased and they were also present in the house.
