JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the counsel for petitioner and counsel for the State.

(2.) The petitioner is accused in this case registered under Section 147, 342, 323, 307, 452 of the I.P.C. and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

(3.) The counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case of misuse of privilege of bail granted to the petitioner. It is also submitted that at present the petitioner is in custody from 8.1.2013 i.e. more than five months.
