JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal by the appellantState is against the judgment and decree passed by the Additional District JudgeIII, Hazaribagh in Title Appeal No.23 of 2005, whereby the learned Lower Appellate Court has dismissed the appeal filed by the appellants.

(2.) The respondents were plaintiffs in the learned court below.

(3.) They had filed suit in the court of learned Munsif, Hazaribagh, seeking a decree of permanent injunction restraining the defendants from interfering with their right, title, interest and possession over the suit land.
