JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) The writ petitioner is aggrieved by the order as contained in Memo No.8038 dated 26.12.1997, Annexure10 and letter no.2 dated 16.1.1998, Annexure11, issued by the respondentDistrict Superintendent of Education, East Singhhum, Jamshedpur, respondent no.4 and respondent no.5, the Headmaster of Amda Middle School, Nutangarh, Dhalbhumgarh, Singhbhum East, whereby IA Trained Scale of the petitioner w.e.f. 1.4.1981 has been cancelled and also salary paid to the petitioner on that account has been ordered to be recovered.
