JUDGEMENT

(1.) PRESENT application has been filed under Sections 439 and 440 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking bail of the petitioner in connection with Golmuri P.S. Case No. 58 of 2013, corresponding to G.R. No. 590 of 2013, Special Case No. 4 of 2013 dated 18.2.2013 registered for the offence under Sections 20/22 of NDPS Act, now pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge -I, Jamshedpur. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State arid perused the papers.

(2.) LEARNED counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent and he is ready and willing to abide by the conditions as would be imposed by this Court.

(3.) CONSIDERING the rival submissions, it appears that the investigation is complete and charge -sheet has been filed, as per the counter -affidavit filed on behalf of the opposite party -State. Therefore, now there is no possibility of tampering with the evidence. Under the circumstances, present petitioner, named above, is ordered to be released on bail on executing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/ - (Rs. ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge -I, Jamshedpur in connection with Golmuri P.S. Case No. 58 of 2013, corresponding to G.R. No. 590 of 2013, Special Case No. 4 of 2013, subject to the following conditions:
