JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application is directed against the order dated 09/07/2012, passed in Criminal Revision No. 89 of 2011, whereby and whereunder, the order dated 16/05/2011, passed by the Judicial Magistrate in Complaint Case No. 1304 of 2006, refusing to discharge the petitioners from the accusation, was affirmed.
