JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for opposite parties. The petitioners are aggrieved by Judgment and Order dated 3rd April

(2.) 2008 passed by learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur, in G.R. No. 2253 of 2002 / T.R. No. 1236 of 2008, whereby the petitioners were found guilty for the offence under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and were convicted and sentenced for the same and the appeal filed by the petitioners was also dismissed by the Appellate Court below by Judgment dated 2.7.2008 passed by learned Add. Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court-III, Jamshedpur, in Cr. Appeal No. 87 of 2008.

(3.) LEARNED counsel for the petitioner submits that the case has since been compromised between the parties and the informant has no objection in acquittal of the petitioners. Learned counsel for the opposite party No. 2 also admits the compromise between the parties and submits that the opposite party No. 2 has no objection in acquittal of the petitioners.
