MANISH PASWAN Vs. STATE OF JHARKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State. Petitioner is accused in connection with Patan PS Case No. 63 of 2012 for the offence registered under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2.) IT reveals from written report that Ajay and Amlesh Soni who were going to Daltonganj on a vehicle bearing registration No. 85C 6446 were killed on the way near Pachkoria Nursery. The informant could learn about the murder on 24.7.2012 and lodged this case. During investigation, the witnesses, namely Mithilesh Prasad and Chhotu, have been examined and they have disclosed names of the accused persons.

(3.) LEARNED counsel for the State has opposed the prayer. Considering that one of the co -accused having similar allegation has been granted bail, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamau at Daltonganj, in connection with Patan PS Case No. 63 of 2012 (G.R. No. 1344 of 2012).
