JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

(2.) This is an application for anticipatory bail flied by the petitioner in connection with Chauparan PS case No. 201 of 2012 for the offence registered under sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 /4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

(3.) Petitioner has been prosecuted for committing torture and treating the complainant with cruelty for want of more dowry.
