(1.) AN interlocutory application being I.A. No. 4004 of 2013 has been preferred by the petitioner for early hearing of this application in the admission matter. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petitioner can be disposed of at this stage with the consent of the other sides. Heard counsel for the parties.
(2.) PETITIONER has preferred this application as the respondent -J.P.S.C. has not taken decision upon the representation preferred by him vide Annexure -6, therefore, he seeks direction upon the respondents to decide his representation in accordance with law.
(3.) LEARNED counsel for the respondent -State and the Jharkhand Public Service Commission (J.P.S.C) submitted that, the petitioner's grievance can be looked into by the competent Authority under the J.P.S.C. if he approaches the Commission by filing a fresh representation.
