JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) It reveals that the petitioners, after putting forged signature of complainant and witness Naresh Kumar, have filed application for grant of agricultural loan.

(3.) It is submitted that similarly situated other coaccused have been granted bail by another Bench of this Court vide A.B.A. No.1874 of 2013. The petitioners have not filed any application with forged signature of complainant.
