JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) Petitioner is accused in connection with Complaint Case No.464 of 2010, T.R. No.867 of 2012, pending in the Court of Sri A.K. Dubey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih.

(3.) It reveals that petitioner has been prosecuted for causing torture and treating the complainant with cruelty for want of balance sum of dowry worth Rs.25,000/. He has also been demanding one motorcycle.
