JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner has approached this Court seeking quashing of order dated 17.06.2004.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the documents on record.

(3.) The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that, the petitioner has been working since, 1984 on daily wages and he has discharged duty to the satisfaction of the respondent authority however, the claim of the petitioner for regularisation in service has been denied without any justifiable reason.
