JUDGEMENT

(1.) THOUGH I.A. No.2721 of 2012 has been placed for orders, with the consent of the parties the writ petition is also heard. The said interlocutory application as well as the writ petition are, thus, being disposed of by this order.

(2.) THE petitioner has prayed for a direction on the respondents to pay the amount of group insurance, payable to the petitioner, on account of death of her husband.

(3.) THE Respondent CCL have taken ground that though the application for group insurance was made within time, required documents were supplied by the petitioner belatedly and on that ground Insurance Company has not released the amount.
