MANOJ KUMAR RAWANI Vs. STATE OF JHARKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE present bail application is filed under Sections 439 and 440 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking bail in connection with Katras P. S. Case No. 37 of 2013 (G.R. No. 690 of 2013) for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 457, 380 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP appearing on behalf of the State and perused the F.I.R. and other papers annexed to the application.

(2.) LEARNED counsel for the petitioner submitted that similarly situated co -accused, Rohit Kumar Burman and Anurag Kumar Verma have been granted bail by a Bench of this Court in BA Nos. 5008 and 5182 of 2013 vide orders dated 6.6.2013 and 28.6.2013 respectively.

(3.) THAT applicant shall not leave India without the previous permission of the Court, and
