JUDGEMENT

(1.) I.A. No. 2155 of 2013 has been filed on behalf of the respondents praying for vacating the order of stay in the writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this is a transfer matter and the writ petition itself can be heard and disposed of on merit.

(2.) Learned counsel for the respondents also agrees for the same.
