JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A. K. Mehta learned counsel for the Respondents.

(2.) PETITIONER had moved this Court earlier by filing C.W.J.C. No. 2281 of 2001 (R) challenging the order passed by the Respondents superannuating him on completion of the age of 60 years treating his date of birth as 2.9.1937.

(3.) FROM the order (Annexure -11) rejecting the representation of the petitioner, it appears that the date of birth, mentioned in the matriculation certificate of the petitioner was not accepted, whereas the entries made and recorded in Form B Register was accepted as final.
